From New Hampshire and Massachusetts:

Take I-95 North from Portsmouth, NH (Maine Turnpike - toll road)

Take exit 44 off the Maine Turnpike on to I-295

Follow I-295 through Portland, Falmouth, Cumberland and Yarmouth.

On 295 North, take exit 22, the third Freeport exit.

Turn LEFT at the end of the ramp.

You'll come to a T-intersection with a traffic light (McDonalds on the right, Harraseeket Inn straight ahead). Turn RIGHT onto Main Street, Freeport.

St. Jude is a white church on the LEFT, across from Key Bank.

Turn LEFT onto School Street and there is a parking lot at the back of St. Jude

Directions from the North:

Take exit 17 off I-295 (the sign is marked Route 1 and Yarmouth)

Follow Route 1 South for one mile and take the exit to the right after the 3rd light. (Look for the sign for Route 115.)

At the stop sign, turn right onto Route 115 (Main Street).

Sacred Heart Church is the stone church on the left side of Main Street, shortly after you cross the railroad tracks.

Directions from the South:

Take exit 44 off the Maine Turnpike (I-95) onto I-295

Follow I-295 through Portland and through Falmouth.

Take exit 15 off 295 (sign is marked Cumberland, Yarmouth and Route 1)

At the end of the exit ramp, bear right to follow US 1 North toward Yarmouth.

Travel on Route 1 North for 1.2 miles and exit right for Route 115.

At the stop sign, turn right onto Route 115 (Main Street)

Sacred Heart Church is the stone church on the left after the railroad tracks.
