Sacred Heart Parish serves the Catholic community in the greater Yarmouth and Freeport, Maine area.  

Comprised of Sacred Heart Church in Yarmouth and Saint Jude in Freeport, the Sacred Heart Parish community includes members from the coastal towns of Yarmouth, Freeport, Falmouth, Cumberland, North Yarmouth, and the surrounding communities.

The Bethlehem Village Experience   

Dec. 11th at St. Gregory’s Parish, Gray      

6:30pm - 8pm


Parishioners of all ages are invited to become part of the Christmas story. You will actually feel, taste, hear, and smell what life was like during this miraculous time. An excited group of shepherds will lead groups of guests to the stable, where you can interact with a very special -- but weary -- couple and their newborn. This isn't your typical "living Nativity" because guests will talk with Joseph and Mary, ask them what it was like to stay in a stable, and discover that God used regular people to fulfill his promise. SANTA is coming to Sacred Heart Parish…….here’s a great opportunity to have photos taken with Santa and avoid the crush and crowds at the Mall. Bring your children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He’ll even sit with you, your parents, your Grandmother or Grandfather! Professionally* photographed and printed, each 5x7 photo is $10. Two 5x7 photos are $15, and each additional print is another $3

The Church & Family Life Commission is looking for new leadership – It’s an opportunity that will allow the interested individual to slowly move into this leadership role. For more information, please call Valerie Gamache at 319-7956.

Religious Education Registration:   Please remember that all children from age 2 thru high school have to register or re-register every year.
